Whipple Mini-Movers provides both fixed side guides, and adjustable rail brackets. Guiderails are constructed of aluminum with a brush finish. They are also available with laminated UHMW product guide surfaces.
Fixed Side Guides

Standard side guides are constructed with a brush finish. Fixed side guides are also available with a 0.030" laminated UHMW product guide surface. Guides may be installed with or without the T-slot Profile, and they are sold per side by the conveyor length model. Order 2 each when both sides are required.

Adjustable Guide Rails
Brackets
Adjustable rail brackets utilize the conveyor T-slot profile for mounting and they are available in three styles with each style offering multiple adjustment ranges. The 1/8" and 1/4" brackets are constructed using two aluminum L brackets. The Quick Adjust bracket is constructed from aluminum brackets and stainless steel adjustment rods and is available with optional quick-adjust T-handles. Guide rails are constructed from UHMW with a stainless steel mounting support and they are available in five widths. Brackets are sold individually and rails are sold by the foot.
