Mini-Mover Rotary Table Accumulators (RTAs) were originally designed for the metalworking marketplace to promote unattended machine operation and separation of sensitive parts after machining. These types of units are also called “accumulation tables” or “lazy susans” in the industry

Our small rotary table conveyors and RTA units are well suited for various applications in metalworking, assembly and packaging, such as cycle tolerance inspection, surge table on production lines and staging for manual or pick & place case packing.

Now Available: Our RTA units are also available with 12″ diameter (60-012) and 16″ diameter (60-016) tabletops.

Can the rotary tables be moved from machine to machine easily?

Yes! The RTA was designed with portability and convenience in mind. Equipped with casters and an integrated pull handle, the rotary table can easily be moved between machines or production areas as needed. This flexibility allows customers to maximize the use of a single table across multiple operations instead of purchasing dedicated equipment for every machine. The portability also makes cleaning, maintenance, and plant layout changes much easier, including adjustability in height!

I have some sharp parts with edges…. Are there options to help with gouging of the PVC top?

Absolutely. For applications involving sharp, heavy, or abrasive parts, we offer a stainless steel overlay option to help protect the rotary table surface from gouging and wear. This added durability can significantly extend the life of the table while maintaining smooth product accumulation and handling. Customers in stamping, machining, and metal fabrication industries especially appreciate this option because it provides additional protection in demanding production environments.

I need to be able to run parts “lights out”.

Perfect! Rotary tables are an excellent solution for unattended or “lights out” production environments. I am taking product from a conveyor and need it to “slide” onto the rotary table. Is that possible?

I’m not sure of the size table I need. Space is an issue.
