Cleated conveyors belt systems are used for separating or positioning products, especially in incline and decline applications. We offer Cleats in standard heights, although the user may select any specific height needed. Standard cleat styles are shown below. Our mini cleated conveyors belts are readily equipped with stands that give your desired angle of incline or decline up to 40 degrees. Because Mini-Mover conveyors are small and lightweight, stands equipped with rolling casters make them safely and frequently moved anywhere in the line. Situations requiring an incline or decline with a cleated belt conveyor might include loading or unloading hoppers with product or materials, or transferring product or materials to a different level of your plant floor.
