After 5,000,000 feet of travel in 5-6 years of daily use…

Hate to say it, but we’ve been using it (the 16″ wide LP conveyor ) every day, along with the 12″ wide one we bought in September or October — along with the (2″ wide) one we’ve had running continuously for 8-12 hours a day, 5-6 days a week for about 5 or 6 years now.

I did have to buy a replacement belt from you for (the 2″ wide) one a year or so ago & geeze! Hey, that’s only like 5,000,000 some-odd feet of travel, I may want a refund!

LP Series Helped Us Earn an “A” in USC Senior Design Course

No Failures

It was a lucky day when we found out about Mini-Mover Conveyors. We have been purchasing your Mini-Mover drive package to convert the drives on your competitor’s conveyors. The conveyors are used in a wet and dirty environment and your competitor’s drive packages had been failing every 3 months due to oil migration. We have been using your drive packages since 2004 in the same environment and have had no failures whatsoever. Along with motor failures with your competitor’s product, we have also had many problems with the drive belts failing. Runs So Quietly that…

Here’s a good story for you. Your (LP Series) conveyor created an audio-illusion instead of an optical illusion. It runs so quiet that at first, because of the lack of noise, everyone thought it was too slow! But when I put the cartons on the conveyor they realized it was just the fact that it was super quiet.
