Mini-Movers Built Tough (Because We Never Know What Users May Dream Up)

Rugged construction of our Mini-Mover products is why our customers love them. We can never predict the range of inventive solutions our conveyors and tables provide — indoors or, ah, out under blue skies. Our customers come from all industries and all types of businesses. So while it’s a given that no two applications will be exactly alike, we get a big grin when there’s some usage that really pushes the envelope, and our units chug right along, year-in-year-out.

10-years’ worth of grit, still running strong

This Lite Series conveyor (above) had been running for nearly a decade when the customer called for a new belt with different cleat spacing. And he sent us this gem of a photo.

Really, this is a blueberry field

Turns out this Lite Series conveyor (above) is now a farm boy in Maine. We thought this application was a little outside the box, but the user wanted this unit to DIY his own setup. And it is still a workhorse out in the berry shed today.

Snow, mud, sunshine!

Snow and mud are never a problem if your conveyor’s on wheels. Wait! Conveyor in snow and mud? Our customer needed a portable solution for his measurement equipment, and this Lite Series conveyor (above) is the vehicle. And we understand it gets a day off for blizzards.

Greasy overnight accumulation, 24/7

Aside from forays into berry sheds and snowy fields, our Mini-Movers are more commonly seen in manufacturing operations, and oily, greasy ones are just fine. Because of the design of our units and gearmotors, undue oil migration and contamination are not a problem.
