Employee Spotlight – Alan Fredrick

Mini-Mover Conveyors would not be where it is today without the dedication, innovation, and expertise of our longtime friend and employee, Alan Fredrick.

For more than 32 years, Alan has been an integral part of the Mini-Mover team. His vision, problem-solving ability, and commitment to building the best conveyors possible have helped shape the company into what it is today. Throughout his career, Alan has led product development efforts, solved countless customer challenges, and developed an unmatched knowledge of the components and details that go into creating exceptional conveyor solutions. His contributions have left a lasting impact on both our products and our organization.

Outside of work, Alan enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, hiking, cultivating his one-of-a-kind home garden, and creating inventive solutions that make everyday life a little easier. While his professional accomplishments are impressive, Alan would tell you that his greatest achievement is his family. He and his wife, Sharon, cherish time spent with their children and grandchildren, creating memories and enjoying every opportunity to be together.
