Ouch! Check it – before you wreck it.

It was still running great, but started sounding a tad noisy. So, after running this Lite Series conveyor at 70-190+ fpm for a little over five years, our user recently thought a maintenance check might be due. These pictures tell the story of what happens when the belt tracking is allowed to wander wa-a-a-y off and run daily over an extended time.

Belt condition and adjustment are easy to visually inspect (and listen to) at the start of each shift.

The Lite Series Owner’s Manual contains complete belt adjustment instructions. In fact, the QR code for this manual is now on the Lite Series siderail for quick mobile access from the shop floor. Just in case anyone else is overdue…
