90-Degree Inclined Transfer with Mini-Mover Lites

Mini-Mover Conveyors can be configured for product transfers in the exact way you need it done. Whether it’s a 90-degree product transfer, or a transfer that lifts or lowers the product to another cell — Mini-Mover units can do it. Product transfers on a production floor often need to move parts from one level to another. Dimensions of machine cells differ, just as the job each one does.

This video shows a customer’s application which required both a 90-degree transfer, with an incline to transfer small, bouncy parts. We equipped these two small Lite Series conveyors accordingly: Smooth belting for the high-speed horizontal conveyor. For the inclined conveyor, we installed cleated belting, with a flipper-style parts stop, to keep the parts moving securely uphill.
