Help Ergonomics with Rotary Table Accumulators

Parts unloading was an awkward, manual process for operators at this machine. By replacing their old “collection box” and adding a Mini-Mover Rotary Table Accumulator (RTA) into this tight spot, the machinist no longer has to bend, twist or lift to collect parts. The machinist can also tend to other machines while this RTA is smoothly doing the job.

Mini-Mover Rotary Table Accumulators (RTAs) were originally designed for the metalworking marketplace to promote unattended machine operation and separation of sensitive parts after machining. In addition, an RTA can promote ergonomic safety for operators, as the RTA eliminates much of the repetitive motion the worker would exert throughout a shift or week or month.
