LP Conveyor in Hannover Messe 2019 Demo

Our LP Series conveyors got to be part of a bigger show! Here are some pictures of Losant’s IoT demo at the Hannover Messe show April 1 through 5, 2019.

Cincinnati-based Losant is an IoT Application Cloud Enablement company, so everything on the iPad screen is what Losant does. The Mini-Mover LP Series conveyors were included in one of the three demos at show.

This demo shows a vision sensor hanging over the conveyor belt. Every time the sensor sees a puck with a Losant sticker, it counts it as a good product. When it sees a puck without a sticker (not shown in the picture) then it counts it as a bad product. The dashboard is keeping track of these products over time and shows in real time if the product that just passed was good or bad, as well as some other visualizations.
