Increased Protection with New Mini-Mover Flex Coupler

For over a decade, our Mini-Mover Conveyors have performed reliably in many applications, with an increasing number of these in severe-duty or 24/7 operating environments.

For even longer-lasting performance in many of these scenarios, we’ve developed the Mini-Mover Flex Coupler, which offers robust protection for our LP Series Mini-Mover conveyors with side-mounted drive packages. Our custom Flex Coupler withstands more punishment (e.g., misalignment, jamming or jarring) than anything our engineers could find on the market.

All LP Series conveyors with side-mount drives now ship with the Flex Coupler, along with a modified drive shaft that includes a flat. This updated drive shaft is still compatible with our other helical coupler offerings, as well as with our 5M over/under drive packages.
