Comet Corn Uses LP Series Conveyor in Bagging Line

Comet Corn was founded in 2002 to provide healthy snacks at music festivals, ball games and other events in the North Bay area around Santa Rosa, Calif. With increasing demand, Comet Corn began bagging its varied popcorn snack flavors in 2011, to expand distribution through area markets and microbreweries.

With the company’s move in 2014 to a new, larger production facility, the Comet Corn Popshop has steadily grown its product line and distribution. To increase bagging capacity, they’ve automated the bagging process with a custom workstation that includes a Mini-Mover LP Series conveyor.

And we hear that business is popping!
