Inspection Conveyor for Chrysler Parts, with Mini-Mover LP

This is a inspection testing machine for hinges that go into the Chrysler Pacifica minivan. Eclipse Mold of Chesterfield, Mich., makes these parts for the Pacifica’s Stow and Go seating system. This testing machine includes a Mini-Mover LP Series conveyor, and measures torque on the hinge itself. This torque test ensures each hinge is easy to pull up during unfolding, yet stiff enough to prevent a sudden fall — and potential consumer injury — when the seat is being folded.
