HSI Imaging System with Mini-Mover Lite Conveyor

At the Seafood Processing Global Expo in Barcelona, Spain, Headwall Photonics demonstrated its hyperspectral imaging (HSI) system, using a Mini-Mover Lite Series tabletop conveyor. Small plastic fish placed on the conveyor were imaged to show that the imaging system can distinguish various fish types in real time. Hyperspectral imaging systems such as Headwall’s can instantly detect foreign material or unseen molecules in food and other sensitive products. The Barcelona seafood expo is world’s largest seafood trade fair, with exhibiting companies from 76 countries for the 2022 event.
